Order Processing takes no longer than 24 hours during business days. 

Email notifications will be sent when an order has been fulfilled and posted.

Items will be posted through Australia Post and tracking information will be sent via email on fullfillment. 

At this stage we do not post outside of Australia, secondary forwarding postage services can be used but we will not be responsible for packages once they reach the forwarding warehouse. 

Sota Home Collective supports regular debit and credit card checkout, as well as Afterpay and Paypal.

We are a secure but small business so managing and adding to orders can be done so with communication and without hassle.

Notification of item returns are accepted 7 days after item has been received. 

Full payment is only refunded if an item proves to be faulty and is legally required by law. 

The item may be returned with return postage being the responsibility of the purchaser. A credit note or an exchange will be granted, no refund. 

Postage cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Place the return slip in the return package along with the items, well protected as they were when received. If item/s appear damaged when received back due to poor packaging, a refund or exchange may not be granted.
